Warranty and Return Policy
Return Policy – Warrantied Products
Products covered under warranty (within one year from the original purchase date) will be repaired at no cost to the customer. This warranty excludes any damage or repair needs resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or customer-inflicted damage to the equipment.
Return Policy – Non-Warrantied Products
For products no longer under warranty, a non-refundable evaluation fee plus shipping will be applied. After inspection, UV Solutions, LLC will provide a repair estimate. Should the customer approve the repair, the evaluation fee will be credited toward the final repair cost. Alternatively, if the customer opts to purchase a replacement unit, the evaluation fee will be applied to the cost of that new equipment.
If the customer decides against both repair and replacement, the evaluation fee will not be refunded. Please note that custom-built products are non-returnable. Items returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Important Shipping Note:
UV Solutions, LLC will not accept any product returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items received without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender. To obtain an RMA, please use the form found under the "Contact" section on our website.
